Project Re-Direct/Youth & Family Services, Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit organization that advocates for children state wide; while offering comprehensive programs and services in northern, N.J., (West Side Park) and anticipates developing a Center for Child Abuse Prevention in Middlesex County, NJ.
We believe that a more appropriate response to juvenile delinquency and crime is building economic, educational and mentoring opportunities for children and teenagers instead of more prisons. This appropriate response to the critical needs of young people is crucial to the development of safer communities locally and nationwide. We believe that:
all children will be valued, violence is unacceptable and prevention of child abuse will be valued and practiced by the community.
Our Mission is to empower families to prevent child abuse, juvenile delinquency, and to work proactively to facilitate the restoration of the family. OUR VISION IS "TO SAVE THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND RE-DIRECT THEM TO HEALTHEIR LIFESTYLES, WHILE PROMOTING SAFER COMMUNITIES."
